Marjorie’s house is a  l  m  o  s  t done.

Tiling the kitchen and 4 bathrooms is complete.

Sewer lines are complete.  Plumbing is waiting for tanks and one more water heater to come before we have the good stuff inside . . .

Other jobs . . . .

Doors are going in as we speak

Pantry, closets, storerooms and closets all have shelves now -- that need varnish.

We need to connect Marjory to the main electric line.

A contract is let to install glass in all the windows.

We’ve also placed an order for kitchen cabinets.

More painting needs to be done,

water tanks and water heater ordered and installed,

another soak-away dug,

a small shed built for a backup electric generator,

appliances for kitchen and laundry ordered . . .

Then a MASSIVE CLEAN UP, and we are IN!
